TEAM PACK

SoccerStarz released a Real Madrid team pack for the 2016/17 season, with the pack consisting of13 figures, all on a Green base, with just 550 packs being produced and each pack came with an individually numbered certificate of authenticity.
 

The 13 figures included in the team pack are Zinedine Zidane, Keylor Navas, Marcelo, Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane, Danilo, Isco, Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Gareth Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo, James Rodriguez and Karim Benzema.

The pack consisted of all previously released figures, however it did produce a couple of team pack exclusives! The figure of Marcelo found inside the pack has the name on the base written as 'MARCELO' however the single blister version has his base written as 'MARCELO VIEIRA' only a subtle change but still makes it a new figure for the collection.

The other team pack exclusive is that of Raphael Varane, the French defender changed squad numbers from 2 to 5 however the figure found inside the single blister pack and Elite Foil Bag is squad number 2, however the Varane found inside the team pack is squad number 5.

The pack was well received by collectors, however it was not seen by many to be a 'must have' pack, due to the fact it did not really offer anything new, except for the 2 exclusives, very much a pack for the Madrid fan or complete collector and a pack which would prove to be very hard to find in years to come.
