FA CUP WINNERS 2015
TEAM PACK

SoccerStarz released a limited edition team pack to celebrate Arsenal winning the 2015 FA Cup, beating Aston Villa 4-0 in the final at Wembley on 30th May 2015.
 

For the final Arsenal wore their Yellow away kit, however the team pack features just 4 figures in this away kit worn for the final, the rest are in home kit, which is rather disappointing.

 

 

Also omitted from the pack are Hector Bellerin and Francis Coquelin, who both played the final. Collectors were hoping to see both sculpted and included in the pack as exclusives and the get a 15/16 kit general release, however this never happened.

The pack itself comprises of 17 figures, 12 home kit, 4 away kit and Wenger in his suit. The pack does actually contain 2 exclusive figures! Wenger is once again in a Grey suit, however it is far darker a Grey than the previous version, reason for this is production has switched factories, so due to the different nature of this figure i would class it as a new release variant.

 

The other pack exclusive is Alexis Sanchez, who is wearing Black boots, in the blister release he was wearing Red boots, so once again i would class this as a new and exclusive figure!

 

 

The 17 figures included in the pack are - Arsene Wenger, Wojciech Szczesny, Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Laurent Koscielny, Olivier Giroud, Santi Cazorla, Nacho Monreal, Per Mertesacker, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez all in home kit, with the 4 away kit figures being Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey. All figures are on a Green base.

 

The pack was limited to just 700 pieces world wide each one coming with an individually numbered certificate of authenticity, however it did not come with any collector cards. The pack had an RRP of £40

 

 

The general feeling amongst collectors was one of general disappointment that it did not accurately reflect the team who played the final, due to not all being in away kit and not having Bellerin or Coquelin included, so it was a pack purely for the die hard collector and Arsenal fan.
