24 FIGURE TEAM PACK - FOSTER

With the 2014 World Cup on the horizon, SoccerStarz released their range of football figures, which included a range of blisters, team packs and also a foil bag release.

The England 24 figure team pack includes 24 SoccerStarz figures in England home kit, all on a Gold base,  however no collector cards were produced, reason being the range was done in collaboration with TOPPS who felt the figures coming with a mini card would be a conflict of interests when they themselves produce a range of trading cards. There was also certificate of authenticity and no production volume was revealed.

 

 

The line up for the pack is Phil Jagielka, Andy Carroll, Jermain Defoe, Glen Johnson, Michael Carrick, Kyle Walker, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Gary Cahill, Daniel Sturridge, Ashley Cole, Wayne Rooney, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Tom Cleverley, Danny Welbeck, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Joe Hart, James Milner, Leighton Baines, Andros Townsend, Ross Barkley, Jack Wilshere and Ben Foster.

 

 

SoccerStarz also produced another 24 figure team pack which saw Foster replaced by Forster, so for those collecting on Gold base this meant another pack to buy. 

 

 

It is worth mentioning that the figures of Foster and Forster were not made as single blisters, they were only available as part of the 24 figure team packs and also included in the 2014 World Cup England foil bag on a Red and White base.

The pack had an initial retail price of around £30 making it excellent value for money.
