In addition to blister packs and team packs, SoccerStarz are also released in Foil Bags.

The Foil Bag is a sachet product which contains one randomly packed SoccerStarz figurine, and are predominantly sold in CO-OP, other smaller convenience shops, as well also major supermarkets.

​Foil Bags have a lower retail price in comparison to blister packs, with a Foil Bag costing £1.99 and are sold in a counter display unit (CDU) with each CDU usually having 18 foil bags per CDU.

SoccerStarz are released on a wide variety of base colours inside the Foil Bag, with some versions also containing exclusive and chaser figures to collect.​
